FINANCING
Schroetlin Custom Homes works with several banks and mortgage lenders. There are many financing programs available including lot loans, construction loans, and construction to permanent loans. Often times you can lock in an interest rate up to six months in advance, so you don’t have to worry about rates increasing during construction.
